Removing - Remove the brake caliper with the brake pads and front brake carrier. Refer to → Chapter "Brake Caliper, Brake 1LA/1LJ/1ZB/1ZT, Removing and Installing". - Remove the bolt -arrow- on the brake rotor while holding the brake rotor firmly. - Remove the brake rotor.

 General Information

ABS Repair Instructions ABS malfunctions do not affect the brake system and the booster. Conventional brake system stays operative even without ABS. A change in braking behavior should be checked. When the ABS warning lamp comes on the rear wheels can lock-up early when braking!   WARNING
